Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTKN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,904 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTKN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Septin cytoskeleton organization, Septin ring organization, and Actomyosin contractile ring organization. Each is linked with RTKN in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTKN-to-partner and partner-to-RTKN results are reported.
