Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTKN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTKN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MC3R, ACTL9, and OTOP3. Each is linked with RTKN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTKN-to-partner and partner-to-RTKN results are reported.
