Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RTF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RTF2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RTF2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RTF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RTF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
