Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,077 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSTF1, NELFCD, and MOCS3. Each is linked with RTF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTF2-to-partner and partner-to-RTF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTF2 versus CSTF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
