Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, EGFR, and eIF4E. Each is linked with RTF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTF2-to-partner and partner-to-RTF2 results are reported.
