RTF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,189 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC17, RPUSD2, and TP53BP1_S1114. Each is linked with RTF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTF1-to-partner and partner-to-RTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTF1 versus DNAJC17 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
