Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,850 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3J, UBE3A, and ICE2. Each is linked with RTF1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTF1-to-partner and partner-to-RTF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTF1 versus EIF3J in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
