Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,546 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL17P3, AQP7P2, and MIR320A. Each is linked with RTF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTF1-to-partner and partner-to-RTF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL17P3 grouped by RTF1-low versus RTF1-high in CESC.
