RTF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTF1 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Zoledronate, Oxaliplatin, and 743380. Each is linked with RTF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTF1-to-partner and partner-to-RTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Zoledronate grouped by RTF1-low versus RTF1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
