Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTEL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,690 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTEL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RTF2, TAF4, and MRGBP. Each is linked with RTEL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTEL1-to-partner and partner-to-RTEL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTEL1 versus RTF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
