Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTEL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,049 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCMTD2, MTCO3P17, and RBPJP6. Each is linked with RTEL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTEL1-to-partner and partner-to-RTEL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTEL1 versus PCMTD2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
