Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTEL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, ERK2, and INPP4B. Each is linked with RTEL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTEL1-to-partner and partner-to-RTEL1 results are reported.
