Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTEL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,632 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTEL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of t-circle formation, Regulation of telomeric loop disassembly, and Telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with RTEL1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTEL1-to-partner and partner-to-RTEL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of t-circle formation grouped by RTEL1-low versus RTEL1-high in URINARY_TRACT.
