RTEL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTEL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 298 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPX6, TARM1, and LZIC. Each is linked with RTEL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTEL1-to-partner and partner-to-RTEL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPX6 grouped by RTEL1-low versus RTEL1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
