Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RTCB mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RTCB data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RTCB mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RTCB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and CCRCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, COAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where RTCB mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
