RTCB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTCB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,276 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTCB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COMT, EIF4ENIF1, and UBE2L3. Each is linked with RTCB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTCB-to-partner and partner-to-RTCB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTCB versus COMT in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
