Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTCB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,174 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTCB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF3R, MGAT1, and HK3. Each is linked with RTCB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTCB-to-partner and partner-to-RTCB results are reported.
