Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTCB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 736 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTCB-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPM2, ZMYND19, and BOLA2B. Each is linked with RTCB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTCB-to-partner and partner-to-RTCB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPM2 grouped by RTCB-low versus RTCB-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
