Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTCB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,259 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTCB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic spindle elongation, Mitotic spindle midzone assembly, and Positive regulation of mitochondrial fusion. Each is linked with RTCB in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTCB-to-partner and partner-to-RTCB results are reported.
