RTCA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTCA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,030 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTCA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MOV10, NRDC, and ABCD3. Each is linked with RTCA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTCA-to-partner and partner-to-RTCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTCA versus MOV10 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
