Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTCA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,843 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPOP, WDFY4, and CD96. Each is linked with RTCA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTCA-to-partner and partner-to-RTCA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTCA versus EPOP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
