RTCA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTCA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,700 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ38, TRGJP1, and IGHV3OR16-8. Each is linked with RTCA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTCA-to-partner and partner-to-RTCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ38 grouped by RTCA-low versus RTCA-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
