Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTCA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, p62 Lck ligand, and PRAS40_pT246. Each is linked with RTCA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTCA-to-partner and partner-to-RTCA results are reported.
