Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTCA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,585 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTCA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Zinc ion import into Golgi lumen, Cytosol to Golgi apparatus transport, and UDP-galactose transmembrane transport. Each is linked with RTCA in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTCA-to-partner and partner-to-RTCA results are reported.
