RTBDN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTBDN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,100 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTBDN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein K6-linked ubiquitination, Synaptic vesicle membrane organization, and Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication. Each is linked with RTBDN in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTBDN-to-partner and partner-to-RTBDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein K6-linked ubiquitination grouped by RTBDN-low versus RTBDN-high in PCPG.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTBDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTBDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
