RTBDN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTBDN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 383 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTBDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6515, DBIP2, and OR10K2. Each is linked with RTBDN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTBDN-to-partner and partner-to-RTBDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6515 grouped by RTBDN-low versus RTBDN-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTBDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTBDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
