RSU1P2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSU1P2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 99 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSU1P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-206P, SNORA36C, and CCNHP1. Each is linked with RSU1P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSU1P2-to-partner and partner-to-RSU1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-206P grouped by RSU1P2-low versus RSU1P2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSU1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSU1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
