Across TCGA cell cohorts, RSU1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,099 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR1, NUDT5, and PRPF18. Each is linked with RSU1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSU1-to-partner and partner-to-RSU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSU1 versus WDR1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
