Across TCGA cell cohorts, RSU1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,202 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSU1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of glutamate uptake involved in transmission of nerve impulse, Regulation of establishment of T cell polarity, and Outflow tract septum morphogenesis. Each is linked with RSU1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSU1-to-partner and partner-to-RSU1 results are reported.
