RSRC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSRC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,854 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSRC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GMPS, MCM4_T110, and SLBP. Each is linked with RSRC1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSRC1-to-partner and partner-to-RSRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSRC1 versus GMPS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
