RSRC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSRC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSRC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-delta_pS664, Di-Ras3, and eEF2. Each is linked with RSRC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSRC1-to-partner and partner-to-RSRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-delta_pS664 grouped by RSRC1-low versus RSRC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
