Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPRY1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,296 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RSPRY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF831, PPP1R16B, and FLI1. Each is linked with RSPRY1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPRY1-to-partner and partner-to-RSPRY1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSPRY1 versus ZNF831 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
