Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPRY1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSPRY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, INPP4B, and MEK1. Each is linked with RSPRY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPRY1-to-partner and partner-to-RSPRY1 results are reported.
