The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RSPO4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RSPO4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where RSPO4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
