RSPO4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPO4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,625 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSPO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRID1, TP53, and CACNA1D. Each is linked with RSPO4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPO4-to-partner and partner-to-RSPO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRID1 grouped by RSPO4-low versus RSPO4-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
