Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPO4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,306 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RSPO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARMC2, VPS4B, and HS6ST1. Each is linked with RSPO4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPO4-to-partner and partner-to-RSPO4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSPO4 versus ARMC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
