RSPO4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPO4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSPO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ACC_pS79, and HSP70. Each is linked with RSPO4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPO4-to-partner and partner-to-RSPO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by RSPO4-low versus RSPO4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
