The most reproducible RSPO4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Potassium ion transport, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with RSPO4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPO4-to-partner and partner-to-RSPO4 results are reported.
