The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RSPO3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RSPO3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LGG, and LUAD are the cancer types where RSPO3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
