RSPH3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPH3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,622 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSPH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNGA4, DNAI4, and LMNTD1. Each is linked with RSPH3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPH3-to-partner and partner-to-RSPH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSPH3 versus CNGA4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
