Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPH3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RSPH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, 4E-BP1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with RSPH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPH3-to-partner and partner-to-RSPH3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by RSPH3-low versus RSPH3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
