Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RSPH14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RSPH14 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher RSPH14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RSPH14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ESCA, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where RSPH14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
