Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RSPH10B2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RSPH10B2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RSPH10B2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RSPH10B2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

SKCM, OV, and UCEC are the cancer types where RSPH10B2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
