Across TCGA cell cohorts, RSPH10B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,474 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RSPH10B2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, and Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with RSPH10B2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPH10B2-to-partner and partner-to-RSPH10B2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression grouped by RSPH10B2-low versus RSPH10B2-high in OVARY.
