Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RSPH10B2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RSPH10B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VSX2, BRDT, and RASGEF1C. Each is linked with RSPH10B2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPH10B2-to-partner and partner-to-RSPH10B2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VSX2 grouped by RSPH10B2-low versus RSPH10B2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPH10B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPH10B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
