Across TCGA cell cohorts, RSL24D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,385 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSL24D1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Circadian sleep/wake cycle, Formate biosynthetic process, and Aspartate metabolic process. Each is linked with RSL24D1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSL24D1-to-partner and partner-to-RSL24D1 results are reported.
