Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RSF1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RSF1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RSF1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RSF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and GBM show a favorable association.

HNSC, COAD, and GBM are the cancer types where RSF1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
