RSF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,165 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSF1_S604, PPME1, and RSF1_S1359. Each is linked with RSF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSF1-to-partner and partner-to-RSF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSF1 versus RSF1_S604 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
