Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,067 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLNS1A, THAP12, and POLA2. Each is linked with RSF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSF1-to-partner and partner-to-RSF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSF1 versus CLNS1A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
