Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RSC1A1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RSC1A1 data layer compared with 1 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher RSC1A1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RSC1A1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, LIHC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RSC1A1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
